This quick and easy snack is one of our absolute favorites! Just 2-3 minutes and 3 ingredients, and you're ready to eat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (natural or the kind you have to stir - check ingredents)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (pure maple syrup, no added ingredients or sweeteners)
  • 1/2-1 serving Dark Chocolate Chips (or chocolate chips of choice - check ingredients)

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter and maple syrup to a small bowl, and stir until well combined.
  2. Add desired amount of chocolate chips, stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

Remember that peanut butter is calorie dense and maple syrup is high in sugar. Practice portion control. This is a snack, not a meal.

Feel free to add your favorite ratios of ingredients! Also, feel free to substitute peanut butter for almond butter or your favorite nut butter.
