But do they make you gain weight?

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Organic Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1/2 Banana (Frozen, Optional)
- 1 c Almond Milk (or Plant Milk of Choice)
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 1/2 to 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (We like Vega)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender in order listed. Blend and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to eliminate ingredients that don't settle with you. You can replace the creaminess of banana with avocado or mango (but this will change the flavor a bit).
